Today is all off… but I went to WW!!!!

Tuesday: Started out the day at my inlaws but I made some fat free muffins last night so I had a good choice for breakfast. Then, I ate a cookie (dumb (:) kinda counterproductive! But I left there and went to my group power class and kicked butt.. so I feel I had a balance in it all (: Today seems “off” because I usually do group power at 9 am and today I took the 12:00 class. So when I finished there, I felt like it was 11, not 1 and now I just have gotten very little accomplished today.
Well I just returned from my 1st WW meeting! YAH for me! My friend Allison has started with me, though she has very little to lose, and she’s just been such a great support and friend!
