A Whole track of lunges! Oh MY! Those are my LEAST fovorite! Seriously, I dread them during the whole class… I hate knowing they’re coming! But OH YEAH, there’s no better way to target your butt and legs! Glad to hear you made it through :o)
I get my Snicker’s bars at Wal-Mart for $0.80 each. I buy them in boxes of 12! Aren’t they yummy? What flavor did you get?
As for the water… your sister’s right. At least I USED to go constantly! Somewhere in the last few weeks my body got used to all the extra fluid, now it’s not so bad. I just have to remember not to gulp, that’s what makes me have to go… when I drink more than 20oz in a short period of time. The only exception is when I work out and I’m really thirsty. But seriously, water is the KEY to me losing weight. And it makes me feel so much better. You mentioned drinking it in a restaurant because it’s sitting there in front of you… That’s IT!! Keep a bottle with you and drink it at every meal. Keep it in the diaper bag if you have to. After a while you get used to toting it around and sipping all day just becomes 2nd nature. I do reach my “saturation point” (no pun intended!) once the day is over and I usually reward myself at night with a Sprite Zero if I have had all of my water for the day. It looks like you had a good day staying op. Keep up those fruit/veg servings… they fill you up and aren’t “expensive” in the points department.
Thanks for your comments on my blog! It IS fun to have someone to partner with here, especially since we have quite a few things in common!

    Have a good night!
