Today was a great day as you can see by my title.  I did well, stayed w/in my points range, and worked out really hard!  I made this yummy pizza ball yesterday that only ended up being 7 points for 1 whole ball and I was excited about that considering it was made with white flour dough.  I bet someone could make it just as good with a lower calorie dough.  I just used frozen bread dough, defrosted it, but didn’t let it rise much (in the fridge).  I divided the loaf into fourths and flattened out each section of dough, put turkey pepperoni and mozzerella cheese on it and then rolled the dough up into a ball.  I made 4 of these and then baked them according to the directions on the dough.  YUM!  You can dip them in pizza sauce if you want, I don’t really care for it so I just ate them plain.  Hmm… other than that… don’t have much to report in.  I’m getting excited to weigh in. Don’t know when that will be… I suppose I should do it before my birthday to see what my total weight loss was by then.. but I doubt I”ll be around a digital scale between now and then.  I might have to wait till NEXT Friday.
