Journal 9/12 Wednesday

Posted by dnbarton on 12th September 2007

Well my flex points start over today so that’s good… but I have a special dinner planned for Friday and I need to save some for then. I need to stay on track and focused, so I can see a weightloss by Monday. Yesterday, I would consider, a success. I managed to have more self control than usual - not perfect, but that’s ok according to Crabby (: It’s interesting to think about how much self control it took to “make it” through last night, and it makes me think about the millions of times when I haven’t practiced self control. How many points I must’ve eaten! Yikes. I can not believe what a grazer I have become. I didn’t used to be like this (I don’t think) but maybe I just never recognized it before when I didn’t have to write down every item of food that went into my mouth! ha.

Today started out well… I’ve been to the gym and back, and have only eaten a few bites. I’m going to go eat breakfast in a minute and hopefully I will stretch my points well today, so I don’t tap into any of my flex points. I think when I’m on the go, I think less about food… and also when I’m busy at home. It’s those days with lots of free time that get you in trouble!

Today’s weigh in: 167.8 lbs
