Workout Monday

Yah! Back on track - went to the gym this morning - better late then never - missed my 9:00 class but went at 10 and did 35 minutes of interval training on the eliptical.  Felt great! I also did some abs and tricep work.

Earned - 2 activity points.  Don’t know if I’ll use them or not!
