A sad start to my 2nd day… I cancelled this morning because I was tired and sore and was planning on working out tonight, even had day care at the gym scheduled for my dd, but my dh didn’ t want to go… so we didn’t. BAD

I”m nursing - so I get 10 extra points…

Ha ha just thinking it might seem weird that I get so many points if I didn’t mention that I”m nursing, even tho most people probably wouldn’t even notice or take the time to think about my weight compared to my point allotments!

Food day 2

b - raisin bran (3 points) milk 3/4 cup (1.5 points)

snack - coffee with creamer (3 points)

l - low fat pb& 100% fruit spread sandwich (5 points), sun chips (3 points), Sobe Lean (0 points)

snack - slim fast (2 points), grapes (1 point), cookie (2 points), apple (1 point)

d- spinach and cheese stuffed chicken (7 points) mashed potatoes & gravy (4 points) , corn (1 point)

snack - chocolate chips (2 points), cranberry muffin (2 - 3 points)

total 41 points (10 points over)

Day 2

Well I skipped the gym this morning… so tired… and SORE from yesterday’s workout. But when I canceled my “tiny gym” appt for my daughter, I rescheduled for tonight so my husband and I can go together. So I’m not being bad (:  Last night I ate M&M’s… I don’t know why.. they didn’t even taste that good… someone at church gave my friend and I each a bag.  And so - I went over by  2 points yesterday (technically I can use flex points for this, but I don’t tend to lose when I use my flex points). Thus far today I’ve had  a bowl of Raisin Bran and lots of water.. so that’s good.  Yesterday I was kinda down, but I didn’t emotionally eat so that was good…  I kinda felt lathargic and just weird.  I feel better today, just sore.  This afternoon I’m babysitting for a friend who runs a daycare in her home…. I tend to eat bad there because the kids usually eat some boxed pasta but I will be there after lunch so I should be fine.  I received several compliments on my  new hair cut last night so that was nice (:  I think it kinda makes my face look fatter - all the more reason to lose weight.  I think it will be  a fun cut to style and play around with! Hurray for day 2!
