Today wasn’ t that great… I had 1 of my 5 servings of fruit/veg.. I suppose I could eat another right now… maybe I will (: I don’ t know about my points… some of my food will have to be estimates.. let’s see how I did:

Well yesterday def. wasn’t bad compared to today. I totally let myself go… and tomorrow I’m right back on the wagon. It sucks to be honest, but here goes: breakfast: forgot to eat, hubby had a milkyway just sitting there at church… guess what I had. Lunch 3 pieces pizza. Snack - choc. chips (2 servings), Kalua kicker coffee, Dinner: 2 pieces pizza, cookies. And thus ends my birthday and my eating binge. Man it feels bad to be bad. I mean the food was yummy, but the guilt isn’t fun… even when you ALLOW yourself one bad day. I’ll be glad for my on track week, and my weigh in on Friday! I can’t wait!!

Ok so tomorrow’s my birthday so today wasn’t that great but I WILL post.. here’s quick run-down: breakfast 2 ww toast, w/ 2 eggs, lunch 2 pork tacos with lime, cilantro, weightwatchers frozen yogurt milkshake (prob 3 servings!), 1/2 peice pizza, gelato sm icecream. Not the greatest, could have been worse… We were suppose to go out to this decadent restaurant for a rich HIGH calorie dessert. Gelato’s is actually lower than regular icecream. We’ll see how tomorrow goes (:

I got to go to my group Power class today! It was great as I assumed it would be. Felt good to make those muscles burn. Today’s whole schedule has been awesome! I’m on track, my 6 month old is on track with her sleeping schedule, and I”m getting stuff done! Hurray! Here’s my food thus far.

Today was a great day as you can see by my title. I did well, stayed w/in my points range, and worked out really hard! I made this yummy pizza ball yesterday that only ended up being 7 points for 1 whole ball and I was excited about that considering it was made with white flour dough. I bet someone could make it just as good with a lower calorie dough. I just used frozen bread dough, defrosted it, but didn’t let it rise much (in the fridge). I divided the loaf into fourths and flattened out each section of dough, put turkey pepperoni and mozzerella cheese on it and then rolled the dough up into a ball. I made 4 of these and then baked them according to the directions on the dough. YUM! You can dip them in pizza sauce if you want, I don’t really care for it so I just ate them plain. Hmm… other than that… don’t have much to report in. I’m getting excited to weigh in. Don’t know when that will be… I suppose I should do it before my birthday to see what my total weight loss was by then.. but I doubt I”ll be around a digital scale between now and then. I might have to wait till NEXT Friday.
