Valerie’s Commercial

I just saw Valerie Bertinelli’s commercial for Jenny Craig….and I’m so excited because I know exactly how she feels! I’m not at that point yet but next year I will be! I know that next year at New Year’s I’ll be at my personal goal weight and that I won’t be making any weight-related resolutions (well, I typically don’t make resolutions but you know what I mean).
I love how emotional she is about the topic. Don’t you feel that same way? Every year, the same thing and feeling the same way. And this year? This is the year to be different. This is the year to actually make the change!
I’m at my WW goal now and I’m excited about finding and being at my own personal goal! I can’t wait.

You will totally get to YOUR goal soon! I’m starting to think the stress of weekly WIs stresses us out and keeps us from losing what we really could. I haven’t weighed in in over 2 weeks and I’ve totally lost without even trying or stressing. I know you’ll hit your goal in NO TIME!
