Well, the exercise challenge is working….I’m back down the pound that I gained last week!
I’m feeling good and staying OP; I hope you are too.

I just saw Valerie Bertinelli’s commercial for Jenny Craig….and I’m so excited because I know exactly how she feels! I’m not at that point yet but next year I will be! I know that next year at New Year’s I’ll be at my personal goal weight and that I won’t be making any weight-related resolutions (well, I typically don’t make resolutions but you know what I mean).

I love how emotional she is about the topic. Don’t you feel that same way? Every year, the same thing and feeling the same way. And this year? This is the year to be different. This is the year to actually make the change!

I’m at my WW goal now and I’m excited about finding and being at my own personal goal! I can’t wait.

I mentioned that I joined Swizzlepop’s exercise challenge and I’m happy to report that I accomplished this week’s goal!

In addition, it appears that my cycle is back on track after our miscarriage which explains (at least in part) my out-of-control eating last week.

So, my eating for the last couple of days has been managable and I’m feeling pretty good about being OP and getting to a place that I can lose these last 10 pounds that I’d like to “kick out of town” as my daughter has been chanting.
