Yup, I’m up!

Well, I was right. I was up a couple of pounds. I’m still below the top of the weight range (155) but am weighing in at 153.2….pre-pregnancy strangeness I was at 150.2 or 150.4.
My short-term goal is to get back to that 150-ish range and then see about going down from there. However, that’ll mean I need to WRITE DOWN all my food (and not just write down a day or part of a day). And, I’ve joined Swizzlepop’s exercise challenge to kick my rear into gear for the next couple of weeks.

I know there could be 2 things you’re feeling right now… 1) a resolve to get back down and keep up the good work! OR 2)man this sucks, I’m up so I might as well flake out… HOPEFULLY it’s option 1! but either way, DON’T be discouraged!!! you know the cause of the gain, and you know what takes it off! Keep hangin in there… you’ll be back down soon! (:
