Another weigh in…under my belt
I had a week of on and off the plan…I had decided not to weigh in tonight,but when I got to the meeting i thought it was best to own it. I was so scared to see the damage I had done, but I broke even! I’ll take it! I got to get with it. My class reunion is at the end of sept. I have time to get under 200lbs. Saying the Hail Mary (may many many times) does indeed work

Good for you for weighing in and for owning it! That is a huge step. The cp25k program is something I got online. Check out http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml This is the site that I got it from. The first couple of sessions are a bit tough…but once you get in the swing of things it does get easier.
I have also found that my first couple weeks doing it I didn’t loose as big as I thought I would at the scale…but I’m hoping that that has turned around. (this week I had a 2.8 loss!) My body needed a chance to get used to it and I know I’m gaining muscles and muscles help increase metabolism. If you have any questions about it fire away.
