Back to a normal week

We’re back to having a normal week…..which means working 5 days in a row, and working out 4 days in a row.  In a way, I’m glad….but I miss having days off…besides weekends, I mean.  Trouble is, there’s never enough time in my evenings to get everything done that I need to.  I mean, here it is 10:49 pm, and I’m just blogging.  So I’m keeping it short tonight.

My workout after work consisted of doing the Curves circuit for 30 minutes, and 1 hour of pilates.  I love those pilates! Wow…it just thundered here and scared me to death.  Another reason to do this fast….get off the computer and shut it down.

Here’s what I ate today:

24 oz. water on the way to work

Breakfast at my desk: coffee with Equal and a little powdered creamer, and 2 bran muffins

Lunch at my desk: leftover pork chop in tomato sauce and potato, yogurt

Dinner at home after workout: Boca burger, mushroom burger, light buns, onion, pickle, mustard, ketchup, zuchinni squash fries

Snack: popcorn, homemade frozen yogurt

I’ve still got 2 points left, but I’m tired, so as soon as I gather up stuff to do bills tomorrow at work, I’m going to bed…..well, after I clean out my gym bag and wash my face and brush my teeth and put my jammas on.
