		<description>You're right that there are ups and downs, and the downs are SOOO frustrating.  Just think baby steps when you are not feeling motivated.  Taking huge steps just feels too overwhelming when your mojo isn't flowing.  Sometimes I will make myself have just ONE perfect day where I am completely OP, just to remind myself that I can do it.  I was just not on top of my game for about 2 months, and for 5 weeks I stayed right around 219-220.  I finally broke through that this week.  I don't have a magic answer for you.  But I'm always here to listen, and remember that so many other people go through the same struggles too.  We just gotta keep plugging along!!!</description>
