Joining the January Junk Free Challenge!

Daniellehas been doing an amazing job checking into see if I would join the challenge so because of her persistence and because she has been doing a kick ass job on Swizzlepop’s January Exercise Challenge, I am joining the January Junk Free Challenge.

TOM is coming so it will be challenging but it is DO-ABLE!  I am better off having a piece of fruit/veggie instead of candy.  I need to make my goal of losing 10 pounds by March 30th!  With Tuesday’s weigh-in I am down one and have 9 more to go!

Speaking of TOM coming, yesterday was the beginning of hints of PMS coming.  I was HUNGRY and when I saw the Sbarro at the school where I went to study, I didn’t want anything else but PIZZA!  So, I went for it and paired it with a side salad.  As you will see in my menu, I went over points and did indulge in some chocolate.  I had the points so I indulged but hopefully it was just that one day and it is gone!

Today I will be going to workout after work.  There is an hour kickboxing class so not sure if I will do the class or workout on my own.  The class ends at 6:30pm which is when the bus I prefer to take leaves.  So I will either do the class but get out early and at least do 45 minutes OR do my own thing.  I hate to get home so late and I would like to get some studying in tonight.
