  • Exercise 5 days a week
  • Drink half my weight in water everyday
  • Be transparent about my weight issues
  • Blog everyday or every other day
  • Weigh myself every Monday
  • When falling off the food wagon, make the next u-turn to start over

These are the rewards that I will give myself when I reach these incremental goals.  I will add four more once I get closer. I do not want to look too far into the future.

  • 229.9 - get my eyebrows done
  • 219.9 - get my hair trimmed and colored
  • 209.9 - buy two new outfits
  • 199.9 - go to the spa
