Goals
- Exercise 5 days a week
- Drink half my weight in water everyday
- Be transparent about my weight issues
- Blog everyday or every other day
- Weigh myself every Monday
- When falling off the food wagon, make the next u-turn to start over
These are the rewards that I will give myself when I reach these incremental goals. I will add four more once I get closer. I do not want to look too far into the future.
- 229.9 - get my eyebrows done
- 219.9 - get my hair trimmed and colored
- 209.9 - buy two new outfits
- 199.9 - go to the spa
