Exercise Tools
Here are some of the tools that I use to exercise. You will notice that many of them are portable. Since we travel, I need something that I can do regardless of location. I will continuously update the list once I run across (and try) something interesting and effective.
- I found these while I was looking for the hubby’s Christmas present. I have worked with bands before and these are very effective. These are the most highly constructed quality bands I have EVER seen.
- I found her Walk at Home program while trying to get back into exercise about 10 weeks after giving birth. I had a c-section and most forms of exercise were not kind to my pain. I turned on my exercise on demand channel and found the 1 mile walk. I thought, I can walk. I have been hooked ever since.
- I saw an infomercial about her a couple of years ago. This was right around the time hubby started traveling. I needed something that I could take with me so I ordered her complete set of CDs and it works!
- I wanted to start running but had no idea where to start. Since I was “forced” into it during my 9th grade PE class, I realized that I could see fast results with a good running program. I then searched for something to help me ease into it and this is what I found.
Exercise on Demand and FitTV
- These channels offer a plethora of exercise tools for FREE! So there is no need to go to the gym when you can participate in a class in your living room. Did I mention the training and instruction are FREE??
*Disclaimer* These worked for me in the past so results will vary. The key is to find somethings that will work for you and switch it up so you won’t get bored.

I just checked out your exercise tools. I see you like the walk away the pounds series. Do you know she has a kids walk? My kids LOVE the kids walk. You can usually find it in the kids section on on-demand.
