At the in-laws
No I have not fallen off or went into hiding, I am at the in-laws. Although it may seem comparable - haha. Anyhoo, I am catching up on blogs this morning before I take a shower and get ready to go to sunday school. I can’t believe I had these BIG plans to exercise everyday while I was away. What was I thinking? Going to class everyday for almost 10 hours is draining!

Thanks for the comment!! Couch to 5K sounds like a great plan, I have recommended it to a few folks…I am here if you need any help…and once you get running you will never look back. Make sure you get a good pair of shoes and you will be set. I have an IPOD that I have some great workouts loaded on and they help on those days when my feet just don’t want to move…Checking back….
It’s so hard to get moving when on vacation. LOL. It sure doesn’t sound like a vacation with all the days at school and visiting the in-laws. I can vouch for starting a running program, although I am not familiar with the couch to 5 k program. I will have to check it out. At the beginning of the month, I started adding 30 second jogging intervals to my walk, I have built up to 1 minute intervals. It’s amazing the high you get just from that little amount of running. I also think that its helped me “finally” lose a few pounds after stalling in Feb and March.
