Still a loser!
I am down 0.8lbs this week and I am happy with that. Looking at my food blog, I think I feel and bumped my head. The only thing that is keeping me losing is the exercise. I am beginning to wonder what would happen if I actually stayed within my daily point range. I am thinking that I would see a steady 2 lb lost per week which is the goal. I think I will try it this week just for fun. So that means I am looking at 28-33 points a day which incorporates my weekly flex points.
Speaking of exercise, I did not do any today because the toddler was up almost all last night coughing. I took him to the doctor today and he has an upper respiratory infection. This ailment appears to be lingering in toddlers during the winter time. I wish someone would write a book about all the illnesses a toddler experiences so that new mothers, like me, are prepared. It seems like every other month I am in and out of the doctor’s office with my little toddler. Oh well, I guess it is just a part of building the immune system
