		<description>I use a heart rate monitor every time I work out and my normal calorie burn per workoutis between 400 and 600 each time depending on the length I'm on...not sure what brand you are using but i might check with the manufacturer because it does sound extremely high....</description>

		<description>Yeah, it definitely sounds like you might need a personal trainer! When you're working out to gain muscle mass, you do need to eat A LOT. But when you're trying to lose weight (or keep it off), then as long as you're eating your activity points and something reasonably healthy before work-outs, there shouldn't be a problem.
    Several years ago, I worked out with a personal trainer and followed the diet she suggested. I lost weight-a little- but I also bulked up. I don't know about you, but I don't think super-muscley is an attractive look for me! 
   Find someone who can keep you motivated without making you upset-there are lots of personal trainers out there!</description>
