February 14th weight-in —- 176.8
August 30, 2007 - Today we completed our 12 weeks of weight watchen. We did it! We have lost a combined total of 45 pounds! Who would have thought! Honestly it hasn’t been that bad! We love the program and find that we don’t feel deprived in the foods we eat. (Big plus because we both love good food!) We have found success. We have watched the weight go bye bye. We have found new energy and new clothes. Are we excited? YEEEHAWWW!!
August 9, 2007 - Today was weigh-in #9. I am down 2.3 from last week, for a total of 20.3. Wooohoo. Not sure how that happened since I feel like I splurged a little more this week than any other week. I guess I just used all my weekly allowance points. I try not to use them, but partly think that sometimes you have to use your weekly points in order to boost your metabolism. I feel like I haven’t been eating enough lately. Baggy Pants (a.k.a Amy)
