		<description>I am so jealous, I want to scrapbook so bad.  

I have starting losing again after my months of plateau.  I just kind of changed things up a bit.  I hope to keep losing.  I am also thinking of making a new goal now that I am getting close.  Will we ever be happy with what we look like or always want to lose more?

		<description>Perhaps spending less than 12 hours in front of the computer would get you over the plateau... 

Maybe set a timer so that every hour you get up and walk briskly for 10 minutes, do 10 squats and 10 situps, and at the end of the 12 hours you will have walked for 120 minutes.</description>
