Birthday - Turned 30 and feel great
So it’s my birthday and I have hit the big 3 0. I know it is still young, but I am sure getting older. I sure hope the next 30 years are great. I can say that I am feeling younger than I have in a couple of years. I feel like I can play with my kids again. My first birthday present was the number on the scale. It was the lowest it has been in years. 165.8. Wooo Hoo. I sure wish WW went off of the first weigh-in the morning with no clothes on, I would be 2 lbs away from lifetime. My goals for the next year are to make exercise part of my life and to lose 10 more lbs.
Any advice for the 30’s would be appreciated.

Happy Birthday! I am so jealous you are doing so great. You are so close to goal. Keep it up. Hopefully soon I will be joining you. I am having a rough patch. But seeing your success makes me keep going. Thank you for your great example. You are the best big sister a girl could have.

Happy birthday!!! I know, I am looking at 30 and thinking, it is still really young…I am going on 27 in may, and my friends from high school are married and have kids (more than one) and I can’t even fathom that!
