So I think my body likes to deal in exact numbers. Last week I stayed exactly the same as the week before. This week I lost exactly one pound.

Today at our WW at work meeting we had our BE WELL, Wellness Directory for our University come and talk to us about all the benefits and resources we have right here at work. I really am spoiled and everything is right at my fingertips, I just need to take advantage of them. Here are some of the resources: health risk assessments, walking club, Be Well healthy food options at the food court, dietitian consulting, wellness fitness center, fitness assessments, fitness classes, tuition free exercise courses. The best part is that most of these are free to me. Why is it that we are most likely to do things that cost money rather than those that are free? So I have made a deal with my good friend baggy pants 2 to start exercising at least on M & W on our lunch. Not next week though, because I already had things planned on those two days. So I guess it will have to be the next week. I am not going to schedule things on those days any more. It can’t be that hard to exercise at least two days a week.

Daily Scale: 166.8

Breakfast: Slimfast with fruit - 4 pts

Lunch: Tuna Meal with peas - 5

Water: 6

Veggies: 2

Milk: 1

  1. I think it is great to have all those resourse availiable at work. It is nice when you can workout with someone during the work day so you don’t have to do it when you get home. You and Michelle make a great team. Good luck to you both.
