12 Week Results

August 30, 2007 -  Today we completed our 12 weeks of weight watchen.  We did it! We have lost a combined total of 45 pounds! Who would have thought!   Honestly it hasn’t been that bad! We love the program and find that we don’t feel deprived in the foods we eat. (Big plus because we both love good food!)  We have found success.  We have watched the weight go bye bye.  We have found new energy and new clothes. Are we excited? YEEEHAWWW!!

  1. Wow! You ladies really kicked some serious a$$! Way to go, it’s so inspiring to read about your weight loss. I think it’s great that you’re doing it together too - it helps a lot to have the extra support! Keep up the great work. :)

  2. WOW…Amy, we started at almost the same weight and you blew my 21 lb loss out of the water!!! Michelle, you kicked butt too!!! Isn’t nice to be on a program where you CAN eat what you want? Whatever you are doing, keep it up! It is REALLY working :)
