I’ve been having problem focusing on my weight loss so I sat down and made a list of things that were holding me back.  Things like stress at work, I have a big family so there is always a party to go to.  Vacation and weekend trips with Austin (my husband).  Taking care of the house and of course the puppy.  Looking at my list I decided that these things didn’t cause me to over eat, I use them as excuses for over eating.  Well not anymore, below are the goals that I set for myself for the new year.  I plan on rewarding myself when I hit each goal.  I will post the rewards when I think of them.   

Goals

10%  166    lb Done

20%  147.6 lbs By January 1st of 2008

30%  129.1 lbs By April 1st of 2008

40%  110.7 lbs By June 1st of 2008

43%  105.2 lbs Goal Weight By August 11th 2008

Rewards

10% Wedding Gown bought non-plus size gown

20% New Jeans hopefully they will be a single digit size

30% Facial I’ve always wanted to get one. 

40% Buy Bikini it will be my first

43% Sexy Black Dress to wear out to dinner for making goal
