Follow up question….
19 04 2008How many of you WI & start new points on the same day? Does anyone WI one day and then start new points the next? I’m thinking about doing my WI on Friday morning, but starting new points on Saturday. That way, I will still have to save up flex points to use for Friday night & I can still do my best to behave, but if there is something I reeaaallly want to have with everyone else, it isn’t going to hurt my WI & I’ll have some time to work it off during the week. Is that cheating? What do you think??







Hey There…I am just starting out on my WW journey, but I WI on Thursday morning before work and start flex points over on Sunday so my WW week goes from Sunday to Saturday.
For the longest time I reset my points at the same time as WI. However, I recently switched and I actually track points starting Sunday (ending Saturday) and WI on Tuesday. It shifted things, at least in my head, a lot-I had started having a lazy day and not counting points the day AFter I WI. Now, the focus is on ending strong on my point tracking each week rather then the WI day being the conclusion of my week. WI is now just a check in point during the week and I am less likely to let my guard down afterwards. I’d say its worth a try and see how it feels.
I think you should be fine doing that. I know a lot of successful WW’ers that have lost a LOT of weight by weighing and then having a free meal……..I don’t see a problem with that, especially since you are generally healthy and active. You have to do what works for you and you have to enjoy life too!
