Ok, now I admit, the day just got away from me… We (my brothers & sisters) took my Mom out to breakfast after BC yesterday morning. I tried, but know it was way more points than I should have had & then we had our Friday Family Night, complete with Vinny’s of course & a treat at the end. I KNOW I used more flex points than I wanted to, but sometimes that helps me eat better the rest of the week. Oh well, I guess we’ll just see how it goes!

Well, it’s over… it was a great last workout. Instead of finishing up the PFT, he decided to to push us really hard & it was GREAT!! I did have a chance to talk with him before class this morning- he said there were no hard feelings & that he understood my frustration with the last minute planning. He admitted that it’s one of his weaknesses & that it drives his wife nuts too! LOL! So, we’re good & he was very happy to hear that I WILL get to be at the graduation ceremony. Also, & I’m VERY excited about this, at the end of class today, he announced that they were going to have a 2-4 week “invitation only” Boot Camp for veterans/leadership!! I can’t wait!! I’m so glad that I don’t have to wait until September to get going again!

Let me think… what else was I going to write about….?? Oh yeah, WI! I had my WI this morning & the good news is that I am still in the 140’s & that I lost!! It was only 0.2 lbs, but I have a friend named TOM this week & I also had 2 big weeks in a row, so I’m not disappointed at all!! (Hey, maybe there is something to TOM & syncing up even w/ cyber friends as Dizzy Dazey said in her blog a day or two ago! LOL)

Anyway… I’ll be back later with a menu & any other updates I can think of. Also, I just have to say… I am SO happy that I get some new flex points today!!! :oD

That’s right ladies (and any gentleman who may be reading!)- my husband is THE BEST EVER!!! So, you may have read my previous post about Wednesday…. the time change…. the tears… no Boot Camp Graduation ceremony… yada, yada… well, since then, I’d been putting off talking to my hubby about the time change b/c I really thought I was going to hear a “I’m so sorry honey, but we already committed to going”. I was avoiding the entire topic, didn’t want to think about it, talk about it.. I started to tear up every time. Tonight, he brings it up & I still try to avoid it by giving vague answers and moving to other topics. But he finally outright asks if Drill moved the time & I tell him yes, but to 3 pm. He thinks about it for maybe 2 seconds & says “Well, I guess we’ll have to go to the next Sunday School picnic then.” I’m in complete shock & want to make sure I’m really hearing what I think I’m hearing… “You’re going to the graduation!” he says. I AM SO EXCITED & HAPPY!!!! I’m still going to clear things up with Drill in the morning, but at least I have some good news to give him too!

Anyway… as you may have noticed I got some work done around here today- put up some more progression pics (new, new ones coming SOON!) & even got ALL of my June posts back up! I am going to try to get as many as I can back on, but am feeling much, much better about getting going again. I definitely miss the Community & the updates and all, but really like some of my options on my own too!

Well, I should get going- I have some more things to do before bed & an extra early final BC/PFT of the season tomorrow morning! Here’s the menu for today- WI tomorrow morning!!

Well, let’s get it out of the way…

The tears…. I’m still pretty upset & now have very little hope that it’s going to work out. Let me back up… what am I talking about? My Boot Camp Graduation Ceremony. It’s supposed to be on July 8th. What’s the problem with that? Well, it now starts at 3pm & our Sunday School Class picnic (which is an hour & a half away) begins at 2pm. They were both supposed to start at 2pm. That was really pushing it… I could maybe get my hubby to really stretch the time & still go, but instead I asked Dr. Drill if there was a way to move Graduation earlier to maybe 1pm. Jason said if it was at 1 that we could just be a little late, but still do both. Drill understands, says he really wants me to be there, but has to ask the class if we could move the time. So he does, unfortunately they choose to move it to 3 pm, which pretty much puts the nails in the coffin for me. I can’t do both-now it’s either the picnic or graduation. Because we’d already signed up & committed to going & running the kids games, I don’t think my hubby is going to go for canning the picnic. After Drill announced that the time would now be 3pm, I started to walk to my car- fast- I was holding in the tears. Drill caught up with me, which made it worse, asked if I was ok, made some chit chat… Then I made some comment, which I didn’t meant to be offensive, but seems it hurt his feelings. I just asked him that if for next BC he could plan the graduation a little more than 2 weeks ahead so that I could come next time. It really was a genuine question, not at all meant to make him feel bad- apparently he’s still annoyed though. I stopped by his office to pick something up after work (filled in for my boss who’s on vaca today) anyway, he saw me, gave me a hint of a dirty look, gave me the stuff I came to pick up & went back to working. I guess I’ll need to go clear things up with him before the last class on Friday morning. I truly was (and still am) just extremely upset about it. I cried through my shower this morning (where I go so no one hears me- I’m not the cry in front of ANYONE type….) I don’t even know why I’m typing all of this out… it’s more than I’d normally share. I guess I just need to get it out & I also figure that I haven’t told any friends or family my new blog address yet either…. so ……… no one IRL will know…

Anyway… here’s the day’s menu. I really feel like eating SOMETHING even though I’m not really hungry. It’s completely emotional eating…. trying to fight it off…

Wordpress gives STATS!!

I know that many of you have started up the blogspot blogs.  I tried it & just didn’t have the energy to rebuild & figure out new formatting.  I know that some had complaints about the WP formatting, BUT, I wanted to let you know that there are quite a few options that we didn’t have through R’s WW.  LIKE…  STATS!!!  I was SHOCKED to see 121 views on my site today!! (it also says it doesn’t count your own hits)  So, if you haven’t started up a new one yet, or are up for importing back to WP, it’s a great feature (along with a few others that I of course can’t remember now…) & I KNOW it’s going to help keep me accountable!!  (It also tells me where people found links to my site- THANK YOU SWIZZLE!!!  Most people so far have clicked to my site from yours!)

I’m starting to feel a lot better about starting over again!!  Got more to talk about… but it’ll have to be later tonight.  We’re taking the kids on a walk to go pick some blueberries!!  :oD  Gotta run!

Alright, I have to just get this out of my system- admit it and move on. Losing my site really took a lot out of me (as I’m sure it did all of you too- although it seems a lot of you handled it much better than I did…) Anyway, yesterday was not a good day. Well that’s not entirely true- we have our final PFT to compare to the beginning of BC & Monday was the 1 mile run. My time at the beginning of BC was 10 min 22 sec & this time, I ran it (WITHOUT ANY STOPPING) in 9 min 12 sec!!! I took over a minute off of my time & didn’t have to stop to walk at all!! So, THAT was good. The bad started when I came home to post & tell all of you about it & I found out that we no longer existed. I was crushed, my bad habits kicked in, two bowls of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, ok lunch, 3 slices of pizza (w/ toppings) for dinner, and then to top it off, my hubby and I had a dumb argument & I went to Wawa….. add 1 pint of chocolate peanut butter ice cream in there too…… I know that part of the problem was that tom was on it’s way, but still, NOT GOOD!!

I’ve been tossing back and forth if I want to try to rebuild or not. Is it worth all the work? At this point I’m not sure, but if Roni can, than I feel like I don’t have any excuse. Plus, I’ve made so many great “friends” (even though I don’t really know any of you, it feels like I do!) SO, I didn’t really track today, but I *think* I’m in my points anyway. I’ll total it up. I’m going to assume that my flex points are gone, here’s today:

Alright, so this is what I’m going to try for a week or maybe two to see how it affects my WI’s. I am going to change my daily activity from stands to walks & that moves my points up to 24. That accounts for the daily crazy chasing of 3 kids & cleaning, carrying laundry etc. of my life. BUT, I’m going to stop eating the activity points over 4 & go back to only using AP’s if I absolutely HAVE to. To me it sounds like a good plan- we’ll see how it goes!!

Also, I was feeling a little adventurous at Wal-Mart yesterday & bought a pair of size 8 jeans w/o trying them on. I wasn’t too sure they’d fit & made sure to hold onto the receipt, BUT, when I tried them on THEY DID!!!  They are a little bit tight, but my hubby said they weren’t so bad that I couldn’t wear them in public (and he WOULD tell me!), so I’m very excited about that!

Anyway, here’s my menu from yesterday- not awful even with the unhealthy dinner…  I may not be able to post until later tomorrow night.  Hubby & I are going to relax & hopefully do a whole bunch of NOTHING- we really need a night off.  It’s been crazy lately.   And tomorrow is the Pottstown Rumble (biggest grass court vball tourney on the East Coast)  I’m unfortunately just going to watch, but Jason will be playing, so it should be fun at least.  But another long day.  So, have a great weekend everyone & THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone who left such nice comments about my WI yesterday!!  I promise to spend some time very soon reading and catching up with everyone!  TTTL!!

Well there, I already gave it away in my title- oh well! I was just too excited to build up the suspense! WHOO HOOO!!!

Boot Camp was awesome this morning (as usual) BUT I’m really sad because next week is the final week for this session! :o( I don’t know when he plans to start up again, but I hoping he doesn’t take off too long! :o) I need to get back in there ASAP. On the positive side, it will at least give my knee a chance to heal a bit better (hopefully) I’m still having a good amount of pain when I bend & hurt it a little bit again last night playing sand volleyball.

Anyway… I’d better get going. I’m still sitting here in my towel after my shower- just couldn’t wait to post!! Plus I guess I should get my kids some breakfast! :oD

Hey guys, I’m sorry I haven’t been keeping up like I should be. I’ve just been so busy lately-when I’m not doing things I have to do, I’ve been outside playing with the kids, playing volleyball or taking walks with my hubby. I LOVE the summer!! It’s not that there isn’t anything to talk about, just that I don’t have much time & don’t really want to be stuck inside. I guess it just means I’ll blog a little less for now… and pick back up again when I am stuck inside! As long as I stay OP I guess it doesn’t really matter, right? :oD

I did want to mention the Herr’s Whole Grain pretzel sticks- THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!! Great flavor- a crunch- plus some salty, some sweet- you can’t go wrong- TRY THEM!!! :oD
