Day 28- March 28th Question for you??

Well, another busy day- what else is new? I feel like I’ve been running non-stop all day so far! So much going on.. so little time to get stuff done! Anyway.. food wise, it’s been an odd day for me. I really haven’t had any desire to eat today. I made myself eat lunch & dinner- the only reason I ate the cupcake was because I knew I had points to use & I figured I needed to use some. My stomach was even growling REALLY loud & I just didn’t feel like eating. I don’t think I’m sick- I feel fine- who knows… just an odd day. I did get some exercise in- some pushups & a quick walk, better than nothing. Unofficial exercise, I did a lot of running up and down the stairs for Jason, as well as for my laundry (I had some catching up to do). I don’t think I sat at all for more than 5 minutes at a time! Anyway…here’s my menu for the day:

Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs………………………………………………………………….4 (18R)

Lunch:
small bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup (w/ extra veggies)……..3 (15R)

Snack:
1 chocolate cupcake…………………………………………………………2.5 (12.5R)
w/ 1 Tbsp Lt whipped cream………………………………………………..0 ( 12.5R)
(Elly had to bring snack for AWANA tonight- at least I skipped the cream cheese frosting!)

Dinner:
Bigger bowl of the soup I made……………………………………………….6 (6.5R )
(This is just an estimate, but I don’t see how it could possibly be more than this, I think it may even be less.. but I’ve got points to eat & I don’t feel like using them, so we’ll just say that’s right!) :oD

I’m torn between eating healthy & using my points up. If I ate a healthy snack, lets say the cantaloupe I have in my fridge, at most it will be 1 point or 2 and I’ll still have points left that I “need” to use. BUT, if I have the regular ice cream in my freezer, I won’t “need” to eat very much to use the rest of my points for the day like WW says I’m supposed to. Do I really HAVE TO eat all my points? I really don’t want to not lose b/c I don’t eat enough…. but should I be eating just to use points even if I’m not hungry?? suggestions/opinions anybody?? :oD
