It’s July already! Sheez, where does time go? Today is the kind of day I dream about in February… sunny, warm, but not hot - with a breeze that’s just right. Perfect. Utopia. I almost didn’t come back from lunch today, it was that nice out. I just want to find a shady tree in the park, spread out a blanket and take a long nap. The lounge chair on the deck at home would work just fine also. I could really use a nap right now. Not sleeping well - toss covers off and on all night long… too hot, too cold, (repeat all night).

Oatmeal w/ pear jam to sweeten (I’m out of rice pudding)

charcoal grilled burger, bun, two strips of crispy bacon, slice of cheedar cheese and @ 1 tsp BBQ sauce.

1/2 cup cold slaw

diet pepsi

@ 2 cups of fried potatoes, whole kernel corn, 4 oz ground turkey, onion, garlic @ 3 Tlb olive oil,  cream of celery soup
