Door & Window guy stopped by at 8am to give us an estimate on new sliders, front door and bathroom window. Sounds like it will be reasonable.

-Oatmeal w/ 1 Tlb of Pear jam to sweeten (2 pts)

-24 oz coffee

-Greek salad

Went walking with Nancy at lunch hour along the river. Did approx 1.5 miles.

-huge diet pepsi

-cup of frozen grapes (1)

-small handful of peanuts

-two sushi rolls (12 pieces)

- bowl of hot & sour soup

- tsp of honey & peanut butter



Lazy Sunday 6/29

-two sliced toasted whole wheat bread

-1 Tlb peanut butter

-2 tsp honey

coffee w/ ff milk

4 thin deli slices turkey breast

-1 slice crustless strawberry pie

Gave @ 2 quarts of strawberries to Molly & Brian. Found out Molly is pregnant and due in late Dec. I’m going to be an aunt once more!

-1 single serve bag of 100 cal popcorn (1 pt)

4pm -english muffin, thick slice of tomato, bocca burger, onion, and FF sour cream (3 pts)

DH brought home KFC meal deal.. 1/2 cup cold slaw, 1/2 cup mashed potato’s w/ gravy, one large breast peice & one drumstick (truely the only thing that really tasted good was the cold slaw… should have skipped the rest.



Hot & Humid Saturday 6/28

Got a flat of fresh picked strawberries at the farmers market this morning.  Not sure what possessed me to purchase so much… So I’m cleaning, freezing, making pie, and trying to figure out what else to do with them.  Great strawberries tho!

-english muffin (1 pt)

-4 small strips of bacon (well drained) (4 pts)

-2 fried eggs (4 pts)

-@ 1 cup fresh strawberries (1 pt)

-Coffee w/ ff milk

1 pt tortilla w/ laughing cow cheese wedge spread over and 4 thin slices of turkey deli meat rolled (@7 pts total)

-cheeseburger happy meal w/ apple slices and white milk <– total impulse buy - (10 pts)

-7pm: out w/ Marty & Janet: 2 large draft beers, @ 3/4 cup of wild rice, summer squash, onions, celery, grilled chicken breast w/ mozzarella cheese.   ( yeah.. blew all the flex points for the next week here).

9pm: went walking at dusk as it was cooling off for the day: total of 4.45 miles today. At least that offset some of dinner tonight.

Walked on my lunch hour… very hot & muggy today, got overheated a little.

3.5 miles on the pedometer today.

Hot & humid!  I locked my car in the parking ramp by accident last night so DH had to bring me to work this morning.

-@ 6 oz salmon (7 pts)

-@ 1/2 cup rice (2 pts)

-@ 1/2 cup diced red & green peppers & onion

-@ 1 cup couscous, chicken, black beans & salsa  (@10 pts)

1 pudding cup - (1 pt)

Went walking with Di around the block (5 miles  on the pedometer today!)

walked on my lunch hour for 1/2 hour - more of a stroll but at least I got away from my desk

2:00pm - rest of veggie couscous

7pm - 1 chicken enchilada w/ meat sauce from Adobe drive-through (15? pts)

1 WW ice cream sandwich (1 pt)

Got my 3 miles in today!  25-28 pts total for the day.



Monday - bleh 6/23

Not hungry at all this morning… still feeling a little stuffed from all the rice/veggie stuff from last night.

10:30 - hungry. Ate 1/2 couscous veggie mixture I brought for lunch.

11:45 - finished the rest of the couscous. (7 pts total)

Walked @ 1.5 miles at lunch - go me!

2:00pm - leaving work early - meeting w/ insurance guy

6pm - 1 ripe mango - yum!

6:30pm - made chicken w/ chicken breast, noodles & Alfredo from box mix - ate @ 1 cup (12 pts?)

-1 pudding cup (1 pt)

-1 WW pop (1 pt)

english muffin w/ laughing cow cheese & tomato

cooking -@ 1 cup veggie couscous & 1 cup veggie rice

@ 6 oz salmon, 1 cup rice, @ 1 cup chopped veggies

3 WW mocha frozen pops. (3 pts - thank gawd)

probably another 1-2 cups of rice and or couscous w/ veggie mixture… night time munchies… need to get a grip on this.  Like NO EATING after 8pm no matter what.

Farmers market & EGR art fair today - rained a little but not enough to get soaked. Scored a microfiber quilt at JC Pennies for 1/2 price.

-2 hard boiled eggs (4 pts)

-Greek salad: 3 oz grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, 4 olives, @ 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, red onion, 4 slices pickled beet, olive oil, garlic & lemon juice dressing (10 pts)

-Canned spaghetti (11 pts)  impulse choice - I was hungry.. it was fast.  Need to THINK first before eating.

-2 slices medium pizza (14 pts)  Holy crap! I never would have eaten this if I had known it would cost this much in points.

40 pts - 10 flex points  Walked 4 miles today.
