Thursday - still chilly - 5/22
22 05 2008I’ve got lower back pain again - actually it’s more in my pelvis/hip area. Very uncomfortable to sit all week; especially bad today. Feels better when I stand or walk.
-yogurt (2 pts)
-Coffee
-1 cup frozen grapes (1pt)
12:30 - Lettuce garden salad w/ 1 Tlb ranch dressing, 1/2 cup chicken salad on potato roll w/ tomatoes (14 pts?)
5:15pm- WW instant Oatmeal (2 pts) - going to try eating something at work before I go home to keep the “eat everything in sight” situation in control. I’m always starving by the time I get home at 6:30 so maybe this will help the nightly out of control eating?
6:30pm- @ 2 cups of homemade beef stew - round steak, carrots, potatos, celery, onion, garlic, seasoning. (18 pts?)
