Chilly Wednesday 5/21
21 05 2008Remembered to wear my pedometer today - goal: 3 miles (@6000 steps) by the end of the day! On a normal day w/o exercise I get @ 2000 steps in total for the entire day so this is a challenge for me.
-yogurt - same as yesterday (2 pts)
-coffee
Noon - ate at my desk while troubleshooting scanner error
-1/2 cup brown rice (2 pts) w/ 1.5 cups of veggie & chicken mix (@3 pts)
12:30- walked the “tube” with Nancy (@ 1 mile)
2:30pm - 75 oz water so far
4pm- large handful of pretzels - (4pts)
5pmĀ -small handful of peanuts - (3pts)
6:3opm - 1 cup leftover brownrice/chicken/veggie (5 pts?)
-two slices whole wheat toast w/ chunky peanut butter & honey (8 pts?)
7:30pm - two polish sausages - one with bun (10 pts?)
9pm - four dove dark chocolate pieces
Another night of couldn’t stop eating!
