Sunny Beautiful Tuesday 5/13
13 05 2008- 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1 Tsp ground flaxseed w/ rice pudding (4 pts)
-Coffee - 2x -24 oz
- chicken breast on whole wheat w/ tomato, lettuce & thin slice of smoked provolone cheese & garden salad. (8 pts?)
-@ 10 almonds (@1pt)
-@ 1 cup grapes (1 pt)
-20 oz diet coke
-Whole Wheat penne pasta (2 cups before cooking), 8 oz ground beef, onion, garlic (no vampires in my house!), spinach and 1 can diced tomatoes w/ fine shredded sharp cheddar cheese. (I ate about 1/3 of this)
- @ 1 1/2 cups FF milk
- 1 sugar free pudding cup (1 pt)
AND! I walked around the “block - 2 miles” again tonight! Not as much energy as yesterday, had to stop a couple of times to catch my breath…. but go me!
